Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type in the quote form: pickup place and destination, dates and time, flight number, passengers, bags, child seats, trip type, notes, name, WhatsApp number and email. We also store the page you sent the request from, the language, the date it was sent and the version of the consent text you accepted.

Visitor statistics, when switched on, are measured without cookies and without personal data.

Who we share it with

With transfer companies that cover the route in your request, so they can send you their price by WhatsApp or email. This is usually one to three companies. We only share your request if you tick the consent box.

We also use providers that process data for us (hosting, database and email delivery), under contract and only to run the service. We do not sell your data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 24 months to handle complaints and invoice transfer companies. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing privacidad@traslados.do. If we have already shared your request, we will tell the companies that received it.
